With receipt, you may receive the original form of payment. Without receipt, you may credit your Von Maur charge or receive a merchandise credit.
We will gladly accept your return at any of our Von Maur stores. If you would like to return your product by mail, please follow the below instructions:

• Do not discard original shipping package.
• Locate the shipping label on the outside of the original package.
• Peel off the top label to expose FREE* return shipping label underneath.
• The original receipt or copy of receipt must be included with the return or exchange, along with a note of instruction.
• The package may be dropped off at any FedEx location or you may contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX or 1-800-463-3339 to have the package directly picked up from your home or business.
• Please allow 2 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed in our warehouse.

*Free return shipping is available with online orders only.

If you have discarded your original shipping box and do not have the free return label, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-VON-MAUR or 1-877-866-6287 for further assistance.

Within 7 days, an adjustment may be granted when the original receipt is present and the exact item (same size and color) is in the store at first markdown. Sale merchandise will not be adjusted.
